Tamsulosin 0.4 mg (Modified Release) + Dutasteride 0.5 mg is a combination medication primarily used for the management of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), commonly known as enlarged prostate in adult men.

This dual-action therapy combines:

Tamsulosin – An alpha-1 adrenergic receptor blocker that relaxes the smooth muscles of the prostate and bladder neck, improving urine flow and reducing urinary symptoms.
